Oh, my I just finished this book It was, indeed, a bit long and drawn out, but I thought it was well written My only issue is that it was easy to get confused about the identity of some characters some were mentioned so infrequently that I forgot who they were and some were addressed interchangeably by first or last name Other than that, it was a mildly interesting story typical damsel in distress, the guy tries to be a hero kind of thing I give it a high rating because I did not guess the ending I usually have the story figured out by the middle of the book, but not this time I was surprised.

An old classic, with a great twist at yhe end I had some trouble with wording, but am glad I read through Yhe ending is a great supprise ehich makes the whole story. It has some long drawn out parts and some difficult parts yo get tbrough, but again, the ending is worth the read.
