    I didn t see any references to the claims of the benefits of Paleo, specifically on controlling insulin Maybe I missed this, but it s a huge claim that should be supported I guess it was a good summary on Paleo with some starter meals but I m not convinced.

    Nice overview and I really appreciate the 7 day meal plan example but you will need to go elsewhere for some real information on how to keep kosher so to speak.
